Daniel Joseph Reckley, 79, of Indianapolis, passed away on April 10, 2012. He was born on August 27, 1932. Dan drove a truck for CF for over 35 years. He also loved to fly airplanes. He is survived by his 7 children: David Reckley, Suzanne Wilder, Lisa Rowlett, Kristina Reckley, Joe Reckley, Timothy Reckley, and Jennifer Cooper; a brother, Steve; 8 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren. A funeral mass will be held at noon on Saturday, April 14 at St. Malachy in Brownsburg. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, April 13 at Harry W Moore Funeral Care in Indianapolis. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the American Lung Cancer Association. Arrangements entrusted to Indiana Funeral Care.

Dan was a good golfing buddy of mine for the last 3 or 4 years. He loved to talk about golf, the St. Louis Cardinals and his kids. He was so very proud of his kids. He was a very good golfer and a really great guy. He will be missed and he will be remembered.
