I’ll never forgot that whale of a catfish we caught in the Ohio river. The picture weighed 50lbs.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Wish we could have been there. I (Annette) could not get off from work and Samantha is sick. We will miss Uncle Check terribly. We love you both very much and wish we could have been with you both more. I seem to have gotten Uncle Check’s blessing into the family 10 yrs. ago. Will never forget the memories at Grandpa and Grandma Mag’s. Love ya!
Mike and Paula Underwood says
We were very sorry to hear about Uncle Check’s passing. He was a great man that was always smiling and full of happiness. Mike and our son Matt have great memories of him doing fishing trips together whenever he came back to Kentucky to visit his sister Sis. He was a wonderful man that will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family, may you all have peace knowing he his with the Lord.

Ted and I knew Chet as a very honest, sincere and highly talented man who went out of his way to please and make everyone around him happy. He did a whole lot of odd jobs at both of our houses which was an enormous help to us not to mention all the good times and laughs we had together. We want to give our deepest sympathy to the entire family and let you know it was a great honor to have known Chet and for Ted to cut his hair for many years. May peace and tranquility find its way into your lives for I know it was a great privilage and honor to have know such a wonderful man. Ted and Kay Miller

I’ll never forget Chet & his family opening their home to us when we moved up from Kentucky. I remember Chet as a hard worker and a good friend to my parents, Boyce & Bonnie. Peace be with you all now and always.

Connie Perkins says
To my dear family–my deepest sympathies. Especially all my cousins, Aunt Sis and Uncle Emmett. If anyone had let me know of his passing I would have made every effort to be there. I remember telling him at my dad’s (Archie) service 30 years ago that I would always remain a Perkins. Condolences to you all. Connie
