Arthur Edward Lorenz passed away on August 22, 2012. He was born on September 21, 1943. He was a promoter of Promised Land chocolate milk. Art is survived by his wife, Marsha Payson Lorenz; sisters, Barbara Burns and Donna Groves; brothers, Jim and George Lorenz; 3 step-sons, eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, as well as numerous in-laws and out-laws. He was preceded in death by his parents, George Lorenz and Jo Lorenz Chapman; and his sister, Gloria. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 25 at Northside Church of Christ, 2520 East Tenth Street, Jeffersonville, IN 47130. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Childplace, 2420 E. Tenth Street, Jeffersonville, IN 47130.

I am so sorry to hear of the death of Mr. Lorenz. The passing away of a loved one is always with much sorrow. May we have faith and confidence in the Bible’s promise of a time when pain, sickness and death are a thing of the past (Revelation 21:3, 4).
