As a co-worker of Alans’, I always enjoyed working with and making small talk with him. At the start of our work day, when we would eventually cross paths each day, He always had a smile to greet me with, and a “Good Morning, Mike” as we passed. I wasnt a “close” friend, but learning of his passing has touched me very deeply. I liked Alan….. he was a very likable,….. gentle, and just an all around good man. He will be missed by all who knew him.
