It is with broken hearts and  great sorrow the loving family of Sarah  Flanders announces her death on August 29, 2015 at Riley Hospital for Children.  She was born on February. 17, 1994 in Indianapolis. IN.

She lived in Carmel, IN her entire life.

She wil be greatly missed.  Sarah was an inspiration  to everyone who knew her. With a strong and enduring spirit,  she loved life and met every day with joy.

She was the daughter of Elizabeth and Tom Novak and the granddaughter of Kay McMullen and Mr and Mrs Richard Hankins.  She is survived by her parents, grandparents,sister and brother in law  Emily and Zachary Meier.  Aunts, Lisa Hignite, Melissa Cassidy, Angi Laker and husband Dale.  Uncles. Darrin Cassidy and wife Tracy, Jimmy Saddler and Patrick Tyler.  Sarah also has nine loving cousins.

She was proceeded  in death by her grandfather, John McMullen, great grandmother, Deannie McCarty and uncle, Sgt Gerald J Cassidy II.

Services will be held at Orchard Park Presbytin Church at 106th st and Westfield Blvd on Friday Sept 4th.  Calling will be from 10am – 11am. with funeral at 11am.

Sarah loved her dogs a great deal and in lieu of flowers,  we are asking people to donate to the Humane Society of Indianapolis, 7929 N. Michigan Road.
